LIMOUSINE RENTAL AGREEMENT/Term of Services

Quotes are estimates only. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNABLE and range from $50 to $150 depending on number of rental hours.  Your balance is to be paid in full prior to the day of your rental date.

If rental is paid in full, the deposit amount will be deducted from the total. This company reserves the right to lease equipment from other companies in order to fulfill this agreement.

NO DEPOSITS WILL BE TAKEN until ALL travel information is submitted. This may result in the loss of your date if information is not submitted in advance.

RESERVED DATES are held with a NONREFUNDABLE deposit.

 Any additional time after the contract reserve time must be paid by cash or credit only.                                                                                                             NO CHECKS AT TIME OF PICKUP

If checks are written, checks must clear 14 days prior to rental date.

All clients will be provided with a copy of the limousine rules and regulations and must agree to abide by the rules by initialing alongside each rule and by printing and signing the contract at the end.

Limousine Rules and Regulations:

1.) NO SMOKING inside of the limousine. Driver may pull over at request.  (Initial: _____)

2.) No alcohol is to be consumed by anyone under the age of 21.

3.) $300.00 clean-up fee for regurgitation inside of the limousine.

4.) All tolls and parking fees are not included in the rental rate.

Customer will be responsible for these fees

5.) A $100.00 charge per glass for broken or missing glasses.

6.) $300.00 clean-up fee for excessive matter in the limousine.                                                                                  (Trash, destructions of the limousine, paper thrown all over the vehicle, alcohol bottles or cans, etc…)

7.) All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver                                                                   (no refund given).

8.) We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property and shall not be liable for items left in the vehicles. Please secure all personal items belonging to those in the party.

9.) No illegal drug use of any kind.

10.) Overtime will be billed in hour increments. 

11.) Cancellations must be made within 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled event to avoid being billed 25% of the contract price. (We will never charge full price on a cancellation)(Clients who have paid in full or paid a majority of their balance)  

12.) Customer agrees that replacement Limousine may be substituted if contracted limousine becomes unavailable for any reason. Mechanical issues, flat tire...etc. (Price will be adjusted accordingly)  

13.) Time of service will begin at the designated time discussed during the time of reservation.                                                                     (If your scheduled time of service is 3 p.m. and you fail to leave at your scheduled time, with the driver being on time, there shall be no over time at time of drop off.)   (Drivers attempt to arrive a few minutes before scheduled time.) (ONLY a 15 minute grace period is given or driver is instructed to leave.)     

14.) If the driver is running behind schedule due to accidents, automobile trouble, traffic, weather, etc..., the responsible party will be notified immediately at the telephone number provided on the contract.

15.) Services outside of Fayetteville may obtain a time travel fee starting at $25 and up depending on the distance.  

16.) Failure to pay any unpaid balances will result in legal action. 

17.) Any OVERTIME balances MUST BE PAID on the date of service or the following day. (No longer than 24 hours to avoid legal action. Please contact our office at (910) 263-0889 to discuss the matter or to make arrangements to pay the balance.

18.) No hanging outside of the sunroof or windows or the rental will be terminated. 

19.) Rentals with more than one stop should be communicated prior to the date of service and approved. Any drop-offs outside of Fayetteville, not approved, will result in additional fees.

20.)  Pick up and drop off service is not an hourly service.  This service is from point A to point B with no  in between pickups or drop-offs. If any additional stops are made, each stop will be charged.

21.) If you are unsatisfied with the vehicle provided or service, please contact our office the day of service. We are available 6 days a week and Sundays with scheduled appointments. If unavailable, please leave a message and we will return your call in an orderly fashion.              (910) 263-0889

22.) In cases of severe weather or natural disasters scheduled rentals will be rescheduled accordingly.

23.) Balances are due 24 hours prior to service. Failure to pay any unpaid balance will result in termination of service.

 

Contract obligations: I understand and accept the terms of this agreement, and to comply with the   length and usage of the rented vehicle. I agree to compensate any additional charges for any and all damages my party may cause during the rental period.   I understand and agree to pay the 25% of the contract price if cancellation policy is not fulfilled.
